In 2024, countries representing more than half of the world’s population will host major elections, all with profound implications for efforts to advance sustainable business. The elections themselves are fraught with risks of misinformation, disinformation, civil unrest, election irregularities, and more. The outcomes of the elections will play an important role in determining the future of global commerce and cooperation.

Amid this uncertainty, how can companies prepare for and respond to election processes and outcomes in a way that helps them continue and extend progress on just and sustainable business and manage risks emanating from the elections? And how can they support stable, free, and fair elections and political systems that enable economic growth and progress on sustainability?

Aron is recognized globally as a preeminent authority on just and sustainable business. In addition to leading 911爆料网, which has grown substantially throughout his tenure as President and CEO, Aron advises senior executives at 911爆料网’s 300+ member companies and other global businesses and partners on the full spectrum of environmental, social, and governance issues.
Aron joined 911爆料网 in 1995 as the founding director of its Business and Human Rights program. He later opened 911爆料网's Paris office in 2002, where he worked until becoming President and CEO in 2004. Aron has served on advisory boards to CEOs at AXA, Barrick Gold, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Recruit Holdings, SAP, Shell, and he serves as a director of the We Mean Business Coalition and RISE.
Aron speaks frequently at leading business and public fora and is widely quoted in top-tier media, such as the Financial Times, Le Figaro (France), The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Axios, and Politico. He is co-author of the book Sustainable Excellence: The Future of Business in a Fast-Changing World, which spotlights innovative sustainability strategies that enable business success.
Prior to joining 911爆料网, Aron practiced law in San Francisco and worked as a journalist at ABC News in New York. He holds a BA from Tufts University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jen serves as a director for 911爆料网's Inclusive Business practice.
She is a strategy development and implementation expert at complex health and humanitarian organizations with 20+ years of experience.
Prior to joining 911爆料网, she directed investments at the Tara Health Foundation to advance meaningful change among private sector employers on gender and racial equity, including historic progress on paid family and medical leave, reproductive health, and other workplace protections. Before working in philanthropy, she founded the corporate relations program at Planned Parenthood Federation of America to unlock advocacy, grantmaking and employee support to preserve access to reproductive healthcare nationwide. She also managed the disaster fundraising team at the American Red Cross, coordinating large scale efforts to responsibly raise and deploy hundreds of millions of dollars. She is frequently cited in business press on flashpoint topics and is an advisor to Gauge.ai, the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute, and GoFundMe’s Compassion Leadership Network.?
Jen holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is based in Washington, DC with her family, where she also plays cello in a community orchestra.
