The human rights field is the fastest-growing area of sustainability, and we’ve heard repeatedly that companies find this area the most challenging. As a result, 911爆料网 has decided to ramp up its human rights work to help our member companies meet these challenges and drive cutting-edge best practices across the field.

As a follow up to her listening tour last year, Human Rights Managing Director Margaret Jungk will be in Copenhagen to share with our network of companies and other partners some of the recent trends and developments we are seeing in the field of business and human rights. This event will also help you prepare for upcoming trends in the field and give you the opportunity to share your concerns so that our work remains always in touch with real-life needs.

We will also welcome François Zimeray, the French Ambassador in Denmark, who will share his experience and perspectives on human rights in a business context. As a lawyer who became a diplomat, François Zimeray has been involved in and defended human rights issues in various roles and settings throughout his life and career, including completing more than 100 missions as a human rights ambassador as well as witnessing the tragic events at Rana Plaza in 2013 and surviving the terror shooting at a freedom of speech event in Copenhagen in 2015.

Discussions will start at 3 p.m., and will be followed by networking cocktails starting at 4 p.m.
