Join Margaret Jungk, Human Rights Managing Director and former member of the UN Working Group on Human Rights and Business, along with other members of 911爆料网’s Human Rights team, for this networking breakfast and discussion on the main human rights challenges that companies face today and what trends and issues are on the horizon.

Margaret will share developments in the human rights field that she saw in her former role as a UN Independent Expert on Human Rights and Business, as well as in her engagements with the UN General Assembly and Human Rights Council, her official country missions, and the grievances that she received from communities around the world.

She’ll discuss questions like:

  • Where are we likely to see more regulation and new or increasing demands from NGOs and external groups?
  • What new issues are on the horizon—such as tax avoidance, the Sustainable Development Goals, and government lobbying?
  • How are these issues likely to be magnified by the linkage with human rights?
