In this virtual workshop, CBSJ leadership will dive deeper into tools and resources underlying the . Following a landscape and guide overview, 911爆料网 team members will facilitate participants through an interactive exercise that aims to support peer dialogue and build a common understanding of ways businesses and their leaders can strengthen their social justice issue approaches in spite of the strategic crossroads at which businesses and their leaders now find themselves.

Jarrid Green

Jarrid is a director for 911爆料网’s Inclusive Business Practice.
He supports leaders of global companies in their efforts to build inclusive organizations; navigate emerging industry and policy trends/flashpoints; and achieve strategic community and social impact. Jarrid also partners with philanthropic organizations including foundations and nonprofit intermediaries to identify opportunities to harness business influence for greater societal good.
Prior to joining 911爆料网, Jarrid worked at Freedman Consulting, where he developed and managed strategic philanthropic initiatives, including donor coalitions and nonprofit initiatives focused on racial and civic justice issues, climate/sustainability impacts, and public health. Jarrid has also served in senior research and project management capacities at The Democracy Collaborative and The Center for Social Inclusion, where he led, supported, and published policy research and case studies focused on opportunities to dismantle structural racial inequities within community and economic development fields and practices.
Jarrid received his MBA in Sustainability from Bard College where he served as an inaugural member of the program’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Advisory Board and provided advisory support and instruction to first- and second-year MBA students in his role as a part-time faculty member for the college’s experiential-learning, sustainability consulting course, NYCLab.
Jarrid holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland. He is also an alum of the Council of Urban Professional Fellowship Institute.

Ashley serves as a manager for 911爆料网’s Inclusive Business Practice.
She drives partnerships and collaborative engagements with philanthropic organizations including foundations and nonprofits to harness business influence to achieve a more just and sustainable world, with a focus on advancing gender equity. She also supports businesses in building inclusive organizations and navigating emerging trends/flashpoints through direct engagement.
She supports 911爆料网’s industry teams in sustainability management, particularly in the food, beverage and agriculture sectors.
Prior to joining 911爆料网, Ashley worked primarily in agriculture and distribution, food service management and hospitality, where she developed programs creating sustainable food systems and addressed food insecurity and basic needs access.
Ashley holds a M.P.S. in Sustainable Development and a B.S. in Environmental Law and Policy from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in association with Syracuse University, along with a Certificate of Advanced Studies of Sustainable Enterprise from Syracuse University.

Alisha works with companies across industries to strategize effective initiatives for inclusive business.
Prior to joining 911爆料网, Alisha worked as a consultant at a workforce and economic development firm, where she focused on developing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for a range of organizations, municipalities, and companies. She gained this knowledge through serving as a DEI Manager at an academic institution and a healthcare practice. In addition, she honed her skills in evaluation and data analysis while collaborating with non-profit organizations to showcase their community impact.
Alisha holds an MFA in Fiction Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and a BA in English with a Writing and Literature Concentration from Pace University. She speaks English, German, and American Sign Language.
